At the 11th Conference of Young Chemists of Serbia, held on Saturday, November 25, 2025, at the Faculty of Science, University of Kragujevac, Helena Todorović, a Research Trainee from the Research and Development Institute Tamiš, participated as a presenter.
The Conference of Young Chemists of Serbia traditionally gathers researchers up to 35 years of age from various fields of chemistry, with the aim of encouraging the exchange of knowledge, presentation of research results, and the establishment of collaboration among young scientists.
Helena je na konferenciji predstavila svoj rad u okviru poster sekcije, pod naslovom:
“Sensory evaluation of fermented bean-based products enriched with microgreens and spices.”
The research was conducted within the framework of successful cooperation between the Research and Development Institute Tamiš and the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade. The study focuses on the analysis of sensory properties of fermented bean-based products enriched with microgreens and spices, with the goal of developing innovative and nutritionally rich plant-based products.
Helena Todorović’s poster presentation attracted the attention of conference participants and contributed to the promotion of contemporary research in the fields of chemistry and food technology, as well as to the strengthening of cooperation between the two institutions.
