The Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia is pleased to announce Public Calls aimed at supporting innovation activities in the country, including:
- Program for the Establishment and Development of Innovation Incubators in Research and Development Organizations (R&D organizations)
- Program for the Promotion and Popularization of Innovation Activities
Program for the Establishment and Development of Innovation Incubators
This program is designed to encourage and support the establishment and development of innovation incubators within research organizations. In addition to strengthening their capacities, the program is particularly focused on:
- Developing entrepreneurial competencies, increasing the number of startup teams with business ideas, and boosting the number of startups in early development stages
- Providing training, mentorship, and advisory support to facilitate startup growth and successful market entry
- Encouraging multidisciplinary approaches and collaboration among research organizations
The maximum funding amount per project is 6,000,000 RSD.
Program for the Promotion and Popularization of Innovation Activities
This program emphasizes raising public awareness about the importance of innovation through:
- Events and initiatives aimed at increasing the visibility and significance of innovation activities, as well as promoting entrepreneurial thinking and the commercialization of innovative solutions
- Strengthening the capacities of newly established companies (startups) through acceleration programs, training, and expert support
- Planning, developing, and implementing national-level promotional campaigns on the importance of innovation and innovative entrepreneurship
The total allocated budget for this program is 60,000,000 RSD.
